Hey! Having a degree in Exercise Science and working as a Catholic missionary with FOCUS may seem unrelated at first, but uniting the body and spirit is essential to the faith if it is done correctly. As St. Ignatius of Loyola said, “Remember that bodily exercise, when it is well ordered, as I have said, is also prayer by means of which you can please God our Lord.” 

 

It is my goal to help you reach your fitness goals in the gym so you may become the heroic and virtuous man that God is calling you to be.

 

I’ve worked as a fitness coach with young adult athletes through Explosive Performance and I’ve helped the older population become more fit and confident doing activities of daily living around the house. Since 2020 I’ve been a missionary on a college campus, equipping students to live heroic lives of great faith.
