The Workshop
At Hypuro Fit we have a single mission: to teach all Catholics the joy of striving for self mastery for self gift. Through the lens of Pope St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body we strive to educate and equip others to lead lives of holiness and physical discipline.
We primarily do this through our 1:1 Coaching Services and our Hypuro Fit App. However, we also offer workshops to parishes, parish staff, schools, and Catholic Apostolates in order to teach those serving the church how they can strive for physical and nutritional discipline in the midst of a busy ministry schedule.
